RETURN POLICY
The return policy for cosmetic products sold on our website is as follows:Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We are committed to handling returns efficiently and providing refunds to customers as soon as possible. - Product returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories (notice, cap, etc.) which were provided at the time of purchase.
- Cosmetic products must be returned, unused, unopened, undamaged and unaltered.
- Allergy related returns will not be accepted if the product has been used.
- To make a return, you can contact us at rosyetcie@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product is returned due to an error on our part, including an error in the product description or the shipping of the wrong product, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- In any case, a refund will be made based on the amount paid by the customer for the returned product. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
